Les soft skills comme levier de modernisation des curricula juridiques au Maroc : étude exploratoire à la faculté de droit de Meknès

Abstract

In a context where legal challenges are increasingly complex and interconnected, future legal professionals cannot rely solely on traditional skills. They must develop a set of transferable skills to adapt and succeed in a constantly evolving legal environment. The central question is: how can these skills be effectively integrated into law school curricula? This work examines the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating soft skills, particularly life skills. Expected outcomes include improved analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for students, as well as increased employability and versatility; enriched teaching practices and enhanced student engagement for teachers; and for the legal field, professionals capable of innovating, adapting, and providing high-quality legal services, thereby strengthening the profession's credibility.
