الملخص

This study investigates a Process Communication Model (PCM)-basedpedagogical intervention embedded in a transversal Power Skills module within an education bachelor’s programme in sport organisation management. A quasi-experimental pre-test/post-test design without a control group (N = 52) was implemented and complemented by reflective learning journals. Transversal skills were assessed using a criterion-referenced rubric covering self- awareness, behavioural adaptability, stress management, interpersonal communication, situational leadership, and conflict resolution. Results indicate clear improvements across all competency domains. Reflective journals further show that participants transferred PCM concepts to everyday situations in educational and sport settings, illustrating increased self- observation, communication adjustment, and stress regulation in practice. Overall, the findings support PCM as a structured framework for transversal-skills development and assessment in a professionalising higher-education context.
