Abstract

In response to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mohammed First University formed a multidisciplinary team of over 35 experienced e-learning professionals to ensure pedagogical continuity. Through twelve semi-directive interviews conducted with doctoral students involved in this initiative, the study explores the perceptions of these actors regarding organisational practices and the quality of the process of putting courses online.
The results revealed that the team had acquired a solid level of prior experience and a remarkable amount of commitment. Nevertheless, communication and coordination gaps were identified, which may have influenced the transition process.
