This study examines whether first-year students at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Mohammed Premier University in Oujda can maintain their attention on the content provided on a language learning platform, specifically "Rosetta Stone," which has been newly adopted by the university. The study aims to highlight students' perceptions regarding attention span while using this platform for learning French or English. Data was collected through an online questionnaire administered via WhatsApp groups to all enrolled students in the faculty. The results were significant and revealed the experiences and feelings of learners when connected to the platform. Furthermore, they indicated that beyond the parameters of adapting to this learning environment and the context in which learning occurs, additional factors can act as distractors, negatively influencing the students' ability to maintain attention.
